HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
For domestic orders, please allow standard USPS delivery times for your package to deliver.  International orders can vary quite a lot, we are currently doing international orders by request only; please send us an email at info@artxflavor.com

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by how many bottles of liquid can fit in a box.

60mL bottles:
Small - 1-10 bottles
Medium - 11-40 bottles

Domestic (US Only):
Small - $6.80 priority shipping (2-3 days)
Medium - $13.50 priority shipping (2-3 days)

International (Outside of the US):

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM/SIZE BY MISTAKE. CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number with your order details.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the products that we sell, we unable to do refunds or exchanges for any item.  If you are unsatisfied with something, please feel free to contact us through our contact page.
